After the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, I finally take the time to write to thank you for having organized a fabulous trip. It was fulfilled beyond our expectations. Thank you also for your patience with my many questions and our changes of program. And finally, thank you for all your kind attention, in particular for Marc’s birthday.

We returned from Myanmar with beautiful memories and stars in our eyes. Your country has delighted us in every respect. We received a warm welcome, kindness, and lots of smiles everywhere we went. We saw extraordinary landscapes, remarkable archaeological and religious sites, and authentic, traditional villages. We experienced beautiful encounters with the different ethnic groups. Our extremely professional guides were attentive to our wishes and showed a great deal of initiative. Our drivers were cautious and always punctual. We stayed in carefully selected hotels and received a personalized welcome at the amazing Kyaing Tong hotel for Marc’s birthday. Everything was perfect, with no setbacks. The organization and attention to detail were flawless, and the program was varied and well-balanced.

We wish you a Happy New Year 2018. Thanks to you, we have had a wonderful trip to your country. What memories, encounters, and photos! Our drivers were very nice people who were interesting and competent. Since they all spoke enough English, we were able to discuss our families, our hobbies, etc. They all knew the European football much better than we did. If you have the opportunity, we ask you to send our best wishes to our driver from Mandalay (Mr. MoSI “phonetically”) who could not give us an email address so that we could write him directly. We are back in France, tired by a long journey but with wonderful memories in mind. Once again, we would like to thank you for allowing us to discover in the best possible conditions your beautiful country and its people who were so welcoming and smiling. Thank you for the absolutely perfect organization. Your program totally respected and corresponded to all our expectations (with the regret of not being able to participate in the balloon flight, but of course, that was entirely beyond your control). All the hotels were of remarkable quality. The drivers very punctual, very careful in driving, available and attentive (with a particular mention for our Mandalay driver, who was a real guide for us). The great trekking guide, in this case, Jo-Jo, with whom we spent three wonderful days – thanks to his good humor, his dynamism, his advice, and his willingness to always share his great knowledge of the region. Although, of course, the comfort of the home accommodations was very different from that of the hotels, we greatly appreciated the authenticity of the host sites and their owners. In addition, during these three days, we enjoyed meals prepared by the cook Jo-Jo, which were undoubtedly the best we have tasted during our stay. Thank you also for the welcome at your premises at the end of our stay, and for the gift you gave us before our departure. Personally, I would like to repeat how happy I was with the nice attention that you showed me for my birthday (I saw after returning to France that you also sent me a little message on Skype that I did not notice during our stay). We wish long life to your agency and hope that the tourists continue to want to visit this beautiful country, which deserves it. Know in any case that we will not fail to advise our friends who would like to undertake this trip to use your services.

We have returned to France after this wonderful trip. Please find the evaluation sheet attached. We can qualify the entire service as “excellent”. Excellence first of all during the preparation of the trip at the level of direct exchanges, which were fast and filled with advice to make the desired visits. On-site excellence by the organization, the guide, the drivers, and the hotels booked based on your proposed list. Indeed, everything was perfect during our stay in January 2018, where with our guide we discovered Burmese culture, local life, and crafts. In addition, our guide always tried to allow us to discover the Burmese people and to attend the celebrations that took place during our visit (e.g. the novitiate ceremony). We especially want to thank our guide Ei for giving us this wonderful journey – thanks to his professionalism, his kindness, his efficiency and his discretion. Also, the drivers, who by their prudent conduct, availability and helpfulness participated in this success.
